Switch Users when part of AD Domain?

If I'm part of a workgroup I can set up my XP Pro to log in as different
local users and switch between them without logging out the user that is
currently logged in.

I loose this Ability when I join a AD Domain. Is there a way to be part of
a domain and have the ability to switch users?

Thanks,
  Scott<-
