allowing all users to connect to broadbrand

i am having problems allowing all 3 users on xp to connect
to broadband. i hand no problem with the dial up
connection, but since switching to broadband it won't let
me. in two of the user accounts it is still trying to
connect through the dial up connection. any ideas
