I'm having the same problem. Norton informed me this
morning that I had to uninstall it and reinstall it. Now
I cannot reinstall getting the message that MSI has to be
installed through setup. I found an article on it:
Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 324638, but it doesn't
offer a solution for XP, just 95, 98, Me, NT 4.0 and
2000. I'm really frustrated! Anyone with any
suggestions?
