Error message

I keep getting a error box appearing and I click Ok and
it goes away but I don't know what effect it is having so
I would like to fix it if anybody can help I would
appreciate it.
The message Says
ERROR
You do not have access to make the required system
configeration modifications please rerun this
installation from an administrators account.

This doesn't come up all the time only occasionally.
