If that statement is true then why does MS's article
308127 suggest this as a fix?..and No I will not stay
disabled thru any method. After any boot, it is reset by

and by the way I understand 127.0.0.1 and its purposes,
but sure looks like MS has other ideas here, and apprently
uses that as a fix for this type problem. again its for
file and print capabilities wiht other machines on the
lcoal lan.
