It is not just an IIS linit. For all connections the
limit is 10 on Pro and 5 on Home.
When running IIS keep in mind that a single browser
often will open a few connections to download the
parts of a single page (gif, etc.) so a limit of 10 may
mean only 3 or 5 simultaneous web browsers.
