loading

i am on another computer now because my other computer
wont load... here is what it says when it tries to load
up:

STOP: c0000218 {registry file failure}
the registry cannot load the hive (file)
\systemroot\system32\config\SECURITY
or its log or alternative
it is curupt, absent, or not writable

beginning dump of physical memory
dump complete

please contact your system administrator

what do i have to do to fix this, the thing will hardly
turn on BUT i have installed WINXP again at a different
location and can access the files...

please can you help...
