I don't *think* there is way to do this in Outlook Express.
(I'm sure somebody will correct me if I'm wrong)
It's probably better to get in touch with your ISP and ask them
if they can filter out these big messages . ISP's are becoming
active in this area, and may help.
I get them myself on a Yahoo account, and it's essentially
killed the account dead. You can't stop them, and Yahoo
does not offer a way to deal with it, except put it in your bulk
folder. But within a day, your 6mb limit is used up,
and then it won't accept any more, legitimate email or not.
