Computer is in use and has been locked...

I had dled and installed a XP theme which I uninstalled
as soon as I was done installing it(right after which the
puter restarted and it's this problem started). But now I
am unable to switch users on my pc. I can only log in as
admin. And I have no idea how to unlock the puter so that
I can switch users. The most recent error that I see is a
Userenv.dll error. I thought maybe it was a pw
screensaver thing but the reg looks good so I don't think
it's that... Thoughts help ? Anything ?
