McAfee privacy service

I had a trial period for the privacy service and it
recently expired. After it expired my email and other
things did not work right when the computer booted up so
I tried to uninstall the mcafee services. now it does
nothing but constantly pop up "AN APPLICATION COMPONENT
IS MISSING. PLEASE REINSTALL MCAFEE.COM PRIVACY SERVICE."
I purchased the service again and reinstalled it,
everything did fine except for the PRIVACY SERVICE. It
shows it is protecting my computer but it doesn't prompt
me to sign in and it doesnt let my email work right and
constantly pops up the message I quoted above. Can anyone
please help me? Thanks Jason
