I had been getting a lot of pop ups and discovered my
firewall was not enabled. When I try to enable it I
get the following error:
An error occured while Internet connection sharing was
being enabled. The dependancy service or group failed to
start. Then, when click ok the box for the firewall
becomes unchecked I have to reload windows. That didn't
help the problem. I tried to let the internet connection
wizard set the firewall it says enabled hen done but the
box is not checked and I know it is not working by the
number of pop up I am getting. In advanced settings just
the top 2 are checked or my isp. Are there any others
that should be checked?
