DSO exploit?

Can anyone tell me what a DSO exploit is? Spybot search
and destroy found it on my computer and it says it is a
security hole in IE allowing websites to execute code
without asking. What do I do about it? Is there a way
to fix it easily? Replies in plain dummy english only
please I'm an amatuer lol.
