Can't get on secure sites now after virus fix

I would suggest that you take a look at this article.

I would especially consider the re-registration of those
DLL files that it mentions. It always seems that the re-
registrations fixes the problem 80% of the time, and the
other 20% is fixed by removing Norton Internet Security
(if it's installed).
