Write protected files cant be moved.

I am experiencing the same problem. Nothing else is
using the file, it appears to be a glitch. I can no
longer access the file or delete it. Instead of moving a
file, I copy and paste, this seems to prevent the problem
form reoccurring. I would still like to delete or access
the other files that have been affected.
