Just install the program.
After it is done, go into the folder
c:\documents and settings\All Users
within this find the desktop icon in .\desktop
Drag and copy this to the corresponding location
in your profile
Now, find the program's shortcut in Start Menu and
drag/copy this to corresponding location in your profile.
Delete the originals out of the All Users profile.
Next, find the program's installation location, probably
somewhere in c:\program files
On this you need to access the NTFS security, where you
want to grant your account permissions equal to those
granted to the Users group, and then delete the grant to
Users. On Home this step must be done in an F8 safe
mode boot.
