I recently re-installed windows XP Home ed. from the
System Cd provided with my computer. Since then I don't
seem to be able to add new users. When clicking on the
new user, the systems keeps asking me for my
administrator password, rather than providing a fresh
screen to the user. Also, I can't since create restore
points, the h/d freezes up.
