XP Home can only log on the local, builtin Admin from safe
mode. If you try to log on Home edition with CtrlAtlDel,
it won't let you. The default Admin password is blank (no
password).
XP Pro allows CtrlAltDel from the Welcome screen to bring
up the Username/Password/Domain window.
