First of all you got to be clear as to who is accessing your folder other user through shared folder or some body who is using your computer. if it is through shared folder then ofcourse you can . you right click the folder, you give it a shared name go to permissions and set it from there. if it is on your own computer and people are using it then what you can do is go under security and only add your self and non of the ohter user to see your folder. so if any body else logs on to your computer they still can't access it unless they know your password. email me if it works or not.
