Have you checked the hosts file out like it surjests.
There are web hijackers that do change the hosts file.

This problem has been commented on several time in the
newsgroup microsoft.public.security. The following is a
link from microsoft.public.security posted on oct 18,
subject: "Google problem - no website configured?"
