If you have XP Home, "Folder Encryption (EFS)" is not supported.
Private folders can only be used with some directories.
If you wish "My Pictures Folder" to be private, you must set permissions
manually.

[If you have HOME, boot into safemode]
If you are not an experienced user this is not advised, so be careful. If
used inappropriately you could lock yourself out of the folder. I would
recommend making a "restore point" to ensure you can easily undo permissions
if something does go wrong.
