Hey there,

You may want to try Browse Control for this. Allows you to just turn
the net on/off with the click of a button and also make a "white list"
of sites if you want to give kids access to only the sites you
specify. You can also use it to block any applications from Chat to
P2P sharing to Games -- just pull whatever you want onto a block list
and your kids CANT get around it :)
