Define "Wrong". If I tell you that the best video performance can be gained
by disabling DirectX and hardware acceleration that would be wrong. Thats
easy.

However...

If I told you that the best video performance can often be gained by
downloading the latest "beta" drivers for your video card, I'd be correct in
that sense, but you would almost certainly see an increase in errors and
suchlike. Lifes a compromise.

If I told you to buy a hardware firewall as the best thing that can be said
about software firewalls is that they are better than nothing, then I'd be
able to do a good job of defending that as "correct" but it would be an
opinion, not a fact, and in either case may be impractical depending on your
exact situation and needs. I'd certainly give different answers depending on
whether you are talking as a home user with one or two computers, or a
network manager supporting a business network. We'd need more detail to be
able to talk about such things and definately not be "wrong".
