Something is replacing Windows files with modified versions
just as soon as you get them repaired.
Were you connected to the network before you got the new
(upgrade) install up-to-date on service ? Or rather, were you
so connected without the firewall turned on, and/or did you
install something or read email without antivirus running ? etc.
