Hi ! Im from Buenos Aires and "Software del plata" (MS
local tech service) couldnīt help me. I had a serious
problem with my HDD, I recover all files (Best way I can)
but this disk doesnīt boot as primary (I only can use it
as slave), then I install a new HDD as primary with a new
instalation of Windows XP Pro. Then so, I connect the
older HDD as a slave to copy my files, but as I can see I
cannot open any of then at all. Originaly all the files
where encrypted (Green color). I cannot copy from the old
disk to the newest, I cannot gain access to them but I can
see the files and the directories, too. What happend ? How
can I recover 8 GB of my datafiles ? Is there any program
who decrypt with older key in order to use my job ? In
advance, thanks a lot for your help. Stephen
.
Try "Advanced EFS Data Recovery" -- it has been designed specially
for such situations:

Of course, it can help only if original encryption keys (at least,
some of them) are still on the old hard drive.
