!HELP! NEED HELP ACCESSING ACCOUNTS ON XP HOME EDITION

As an alternative, Safe Mode logs you in as Admin if you
don't want to have that option showing all the time on the
regular login screen. From safe mode admin you can move
the files in question to a folder where your regular
account has ownership.
