I've been getting a lot of recent "Success Audits" under
the user "Guest" and "ANONYMOUS USER" under my security
log. I know a lot of the background services use "Local"
and "System" user logons, but what about the first two?
My guest account is disabled.

Is this normal or am I being tampered with?

Also, another audit showed that the system policy has
changed for the admin. It says that my user name did it,
although I don't know how it was done. How do I manage
group policy or local security policy in WinXP Home when
the MMC snap-in doesn't have those consoles?
