Novell and XP Pro login

Randy,
I would try the following:
Ask your son if he enters a second password at school when
he logs on if so what is it. Make sure that under the
windows tab you are logging onto the local machine. Then
try Administrator and a <null> (blank password).
One question
Who set up the system in the first place? When it was set
up it should have asked for there to be a administrator
password set and a second user account set up. If you can
find either out your set.
