Redirected to Safe Search while surfing the net

When I attempt to go to certain web sites my system is
redirecting me to SAFE SEARCH. I have uninstalled the
quick time program which seems to support the safe search,
but has not brought relief. Tried to restore to earlier
time, also unsuccessful. Frustrating!
