Remote desktop will lock the machine and you can do work as the
administrator but you won't be able to show the user what to do. Remote
assistance is sort of like SMS in that you can control the mouse etc.
and show the user what to do or watch the user do what it is that is
causing the errors. The catch is that when you log them off using remote
assistance you loose the connection so you'll have to reconnect.
