REMOTE DESKTOP OR REMOTE ASSISTANCE

I adminsitrator 3 remote locations in a workgroup
enviroment w/out a server. We have XP PRO - Which is
better Remote Desktop or Remote Assistance for me to take
control of a pc to fix technical issues?
