Unable to login interactively

I have run into the problem where a single user can no
longer login to both the domain or local workstation.

After a login attempt I get "The local policy of the
system does not permit you to logon interactivley".

All other users seem fine. This same user can goto a
different workstation and logon fine. I beleive the
issue to be specific to the local workstation and not the
Domain.

Anyone see this?
