No users at startup

Try rebooting your computer and tapping the F8 key, this
should bring up a menu so that you could select safe mode.
When the computer starts up you should be able to log on
with your administrator account.

Once logged on go to manage and see if you can restore
your users properties or creat a new user and then reboot
to see if you can log on normally
