i would like some help please..

already it has been near on a week without being able to
do any work. i cannot compile code or save files within
visual studio, i want an answer to my problem not only
for me but for the obvious hundreds out there with the
same issue...

the problem::
unchangable read-only access on files / folders
NTFS file system, windows XP Pro

if you change it withing the file / folder properties and
re check it .. it wont change, always "read-only"..

dos commands like attrib -r /D /S etc do not work so
please dont feed me this garbage, i have searched for
days to get a resolution to this issue,

i even re-installed a clean copy of windows XP and it
still did the same thing ... how am i supposed to do my
work ..

this is not a "solution" this is wasting my time ..

i would like this problem addressed asap and im sure
there are hundreds of other people with the similar
problem that want it sorted as well ...
