Remote Call Procedure Error...

I have a problem where I'll be working on my computer and
all of a sudden a small box pops up that has something to
do with Remote Call Procedure. The Box tells me that I
have 60 seconds to save my work and then the computer
restarts. It lets me save work and shows me as it counts
down and resets. What's wrong how do I fix it?
