They are bogus. Someone is maliciously spoofing MS in an attempt to spread
viruses to MS OS's end users. MS never sends updates/patches through email.
Just delete the messages and you'll be fine. Or, you can setup rules in your
mail program to filter such messages to a junk file. Also, if you are able
to check messages at the server level this would allow you to delete them
before they got anywhere near your system. Mailwasher 2b28.exe is a good
program to use preview mail before downloading. It is available here,
