Installing Windows Updates

We are currently setting up the user priveledges for our company and can't
figure out how to do something, or if it's even possible. What we would
like to do is restrict the rights to install anything (this we've already
done using group policies) but we also want them to be able to install the
Windows Updates. I guess what I'm asking is can I restrict installation
rights to everything except Windows Updates? Please help.
Windows XP Professional
Windows Server 2000 (but we've created the policy on an XP machine and
loaded it to the Server)
