MS NEVER send emails with security updates DO NOT OPEN THESE EMAILS. Thaey
are likely to contain a virus such as W32 SWEN or others.
Make sure you have all up to date Windows security updates by going to:
http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/en/default.asp
Make sure your antivirus program is running and completely up to date, make
sure your internet fire wall is tunning
