Update 823718 (dahotfix.exe)

Every time I log on I am told that automatic updates are
available to install. Upon attempting installation of
#823718 (dahotfix.exe) I get an error report and it does
not install properly. I've tried installing from the
Microsoft site to no avail. Any ideas??
