I bought a computor from CompuSmart Canada, May 2002, xp
pro was install at the time. Now microsoft says I do not
have the right product key to update even though it was
installed at the time of purchase,Microsoft is saying
that it`s an illegal version. How can that be when
there`s a label with microsoft name and 2 product key
numbers on it adhere to my server. There is no OEM number
to be found anywhere. The disc is a burn and I`m told
that`s what you get now. I`m running a small business and
I`m worried about losing my data if we have to reinstall
my xp pro window, plus the worm virus and can we
reinstall?? I`m not a genius at working a computor, but
any help you can give me would be appreciated. Thank you.
