"pass it on" - redirecting

On my boss' computer, when they open internet explorer,
instead of going to a home page they are automatically
redirected to a website www.passiton.com ... with a very
long list of numbers and letters. What is the best way
to fix this problem? We have Norton running in
background an it is not detecting a problem.
