Latest security update patch

security update, the "September 2003, Cumulative Patch
for Microsoft Outlook Express and Microsoft Outlook" is
available for download. I have Norton AntiVirus and
Norton Internet Security loaded on my computer. Do I
still need to download the Microsoft security update
patch?
