OE locking up could suggest a corrupt Inbox, but I would doubt if the 2 are connected. Have you tried clearing out your TIF folder, cookies and deleting the IE History? Other reason that you may be getting the 'web site not found' error message could be a fault with your DNS server. Have you contacted your ISP to see if they have any problems?
