problem with user acounts

the problem is that i have 3 user acounts with passord
protect setting on on my hard disk.but i had to make a
new instalation of windows XP and now i cant open the
paste of those user accounts.A message says that access
is denied.What can i do to open them? i have really
important files in those pastes.
