hi! Bob, do you have an Administrator rights, is there any messege that
prompt you why you can't delete the "User" folder. you cannot delete the
folder if you login to that account, or some program are using it try to
disbale your starup application like antivirus or any application that
protect that folder, check your services under Administrative Tools.
