I am surprised to get no answer here, are NOBODY interested in this
area? Do I have to buy a 3rd party software to get this working?

Im looking into Kerio Personal Firewall (
http://www.kerio.com/us/kpf_home.html ). Any experiences with software
like this would greatly be appreciated if posted here.
