You need to log into the 98se with an account that
matches an administrator account on the Pro. Even
then some profiles of Documents and Settings may have
to be adjusted (if they have been made private) so that
the Administrators group also has access to them, or
else they need to be backed up separately by logging in
to the 98se with an account that matches the account on
the Pro that has the private profile.
For any of this to work, the Pro must not be set to use
Simple file sharing (at bottom of View tab in Folder
Options).
