IM HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM HERE HEIDI...DID YOU TRY AND
REBOOT THE MODEM AND PC'S ??? SHUT DOWN BOTH PCS AND
UNPLUG THE POWERCORD FROM THE BACK OF THE MODEM AND LET
IT SIT FOR ABOUT A MINUTE THEN TURN MODEM BACK ON WAIT
FOR THE LIGHTS TO COME ON SOLID THEN TURN ON PCS AND SEE
IF THAT CORRECTS THE PROBLEM......
