im a tech for best buy, i have 2 machines in my tech bench
that give the illeagel procedure error, counts down from
60 seconds and shuts down the computer, this typically is
a case of the ms blast virus or one if its brothers, we
have run the symantec removal tools and installed the
updated security patch available for windows xp, we have
also formatted the machines twice and still the unit gives
the same error, is there something im missing?
