Password for XP Prof.

I have't signed into my XP Prof in a while so my password
doesn't work anymore which prevents me to get in. This
is on a home computer and not connected to my business.
I need some universal password that will allow me to
access my computer and put in a new password so I can use
the computer ongoing.
