By default, the "Guest" account does not have dial up internet access. See
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm and scroll down to Keep RAS
Connection within Fast User Switching. This small utility by MVP Kelly will
allow you to make the Registry change necessary for the dialup connection to
stay active when switching users. Once this fix is run, you can log into
any account that does have dial up access, connect to your ISP, then log off
and log in on the Guest account, or use Fast User Switching to switch to the
Guest account.
